You may notice that we have no TVs, no silverware, and no pop/rock music. These are all by design. We opted for an open kitchen and brewery over TVs; tapas and pizza over three course menu; and recorded/live jazz over radio music. We strive to create an experience where couples and friends can enjoy themselves in an upscale, relaxed environment.
Our beer is unfiltered and brewed on-site with no extracts or preservatives. We pour it directly from the serving tanks behind the bar for a true grain-to-glass experience. Our license restricts us from selling out of state wines but we happily provide local wine from Crossing Vineyards and Winery.
Our menu is intentionally limited to a select few items. Everything is either made in-house or sourced locally. Nothing is ever frozen or reheated and every ingredient is made fresh daily. The menu will rotate seasonally so be on the lookout for new items as the weather changes.
