SOPRANO MEETS CONTRABASS with special guest artist, percussionist Shawn Hennessey, will perform a pop-up concert in the main hall of the FREE LIBRARY on the Philly Parkway this Sunday 26 October at 2PM. Classical soprano plus jazz bass: "You've never heard anything like this before!"

Music drawn from Spanish medieval and baroque (XIV-XVII centuries), sephardic resurrections, Italian and German arias, Cuban chachacha and Mexican boleros and composers including Rodrigo, Marín, Hemsi, Hidalgo, Lewine.
