Drummer, Kim Pedro Headlines Mysterious Traveler 2: Great Migrations at Free Library Of Philadelphia

Drummer Kim Pedro is a visual artist, performance artist and a builder of the community. With the Sun Ra Arkestra’s DM Hotep he founded the JazGuardian Musicians’ Organization under the mentorship of Robert Kenyatta. In addition to serving as a Performing Arts Instructor for the Department of Recreation, he’s the originator and prime mover for the Artists’ Collective and NU GRuV Network. Throughout his career he’s accompanied Monika Herzig, Raimundo Santos, Vanida Gail, Kaligata, King Sound Vibration, Melange, and even a United States President.
